DOA - Die or Adapt! Our shop is in such a critical situation that we need to do something to turn the tide or we will go directly into a grave in no more than a few months.
Things change and after a robust summer, we are now facing a severe autumn. Natural traffic downed more than 50% and inquiry and order had shrunk to almost nil. Advertisement only brings cost instead of profit. Time passes and enthusiasm falls and apparently if we continue to sit through, our shop's days are numbered.
This is a very challenging time for us. At this time of day, I hope we can piece together and work out an actionable plan to recover from the downturn.
