How to Compare Different Brands Using Search Volume
Do you think it's possible to compare different brands using search volume? Or have you ever thought about it? The answer is a definite yes, and here is how...First, get into your adwords account and launch a new experimental campaign, in which includes all the brand-related keywords that you are interested. Then run the campaign for a few days. Remember to keep tyour bid high and your daily budget affluent to support the test and eliminate any daily noise. When the test is done, get into your account to view the impression data (never mind the CTR), which will then tell you the truth of the tested brands, by their respective search volumes. Have you done this type of analysis for your market? What did you learn?
