First Gavin, then Plato, next a bunch of pending-leaving -- Prince, Candy, Echo. Our company has been dragged into a leaving storm since the second half of 2008. What the heck had went wrong? Once a big family with divine aura, now a sweltering slum.The management has been shot through with defects. I don't know if they saw that, but it remains clear that they did nothing to rein in the situation. Talents are leaving in bulk. The top dogs felt no regret. Fine, I doubt if they knew how to feel "regret" at all.
I wish my turn would soon come... because I'm totally fed up with dirty tasks, messy works and trashy management.
UE, you deserve it. Stop milking us, we are now cows.
