It has been quite a while since my last post as Blogspot was unreasonably blocked by China censors a few years ago. But now I have moved to a new place where freedom of speech is encouraged and worshiped so I think it is high time to restart my writing engine.
Well, as a restart, think I should just write down something to memorize the feeling of my first long journey away from my hometown. Actually homesickness did not really strike me as much as I expected, and the reason behind this was I was just too busy engaging in various learning and surviving activities. Things have been tough here for me but glad to see I am catching up day by day.
I hope everything will be on tracks again when I reunite with my darling, which is not going to happen anytime soon so the aura of loneliness is still pretty much with me for the next one/two month(s)
But I gotta cheer up! As the old saying goes -- I come, I see, I conquer! (well, I twisted the tense a lil bit)
