In today's daily reading, I came across three words for 地铁车厢, specifically, coach, compartment and accommodation. Also, I learned a new word - alight, which means to get down, as from a vehicle or flight. Example:A sparrow alighted on a branch.The queen alighted from the carriage.Alight on a happy solution. (here the word alight means to come by chance)
