Just One Last Dance

Airing background music would help boost your endurance during your gym time, according to a scientific research. Saddly the music is not supposed to be helpful to your nightly bed time though. Anyway, I've changed my gym time background music to Just One Last Dance today, as the song name kinda resembling "just one last lift (of my dumbbells). XD... Besides, Sarah is hot!
